Description: Riserva Carlo Alberto Vermouth Extra Dry is a refined expression of the classic Piedmonts’ vermouth tradition, crafted from a base of premium Moscato d’Asti and Erbaluce di Caluso DOCG wines.

Grape variety: Erbaluce di Caluso DOP and Moscato d’Asti DOP

Tasting notes: Riserva Carlo Alberto Extra Dry shows a very light straw‑yellow colour with pale greenish highlights and a bright clarity. The nose is herbal and vegetal, offering aromas of eucalyptus, pine resin, and almond, layered with soft spices such as cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, saffron, nutmeg, and hints of jasmine and gentian from the wild herb bouquet. On the palate, it remains dry and slender but round in body—crisp, fresh, and elegant—with botanical complexity from 21 herbs and spices soaking in Moscato d’Asti and Erbaluce di Caluso base wines. The finish is long, fruity and spicy, leaving the mouth clean, dry, fragrant, and pleasantly bitter-herbal.
