Description: The Riserva Carlo Alberto Vermouth Bianco is bold yet refined. It strikes a beautiful balance between sweet and bitter, floral and spicy. Its complexity makes it excellent enjoyed on its own as an aperitif, or in cocktails where it can pair well with assertive spirits like aged rum or gin.
It is a premium “Vermouth di Torino Superiore” range produced with DOCG Moscato d’Asti and Erbaluce di Caluso grapes, infused with 25–27 botanicals. The red, white, and extra dry variants are made in small batches, using the traditional 1837 recipe.

The palate delivers a harmonious blend of baked apple, vanilla, and honeyed sweetness, balanced by citrus freshness, nuanced liquorice, and a gentle, lingering herbal bitterness with subtle spice complexity.
