Tasting notes: Deep garnet with hints of black fruit, toasted spice (cinnamon, cardamom), and a fresh, resinous lift. On the palate, dense and complex, with silky tannins and a kirsch-inflected, elegant cruelty
Temperature of service: Served at 16-18°C
Food Paring: Roast beef, lamb, duck and game dishes; stands up well to pepper-flecked cuisine.
