Tasting notes: Intense ruby colour, aromas of black currants, prunes and a menthol lift; supple tannins and refined mid-palate texture with balance and freshness

Temperature of service: Served at 16-18°C

Food Paring: Roast beef, lamb, duck and game dishes; stands up well to pepper-flecked cuisine.
