Vinification: fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures
Ageing: Minimum 8 months on lees with frequent bâtonnage
Tasting notes: Pale straw yellow in colour. On the nose, it reveals notes of ripe pear and apple, with hints of elderflower and a mineral undertone. The palate is full-bodied, warm, and mineral, with balanced acidity and a persistent finish.
Temperature of service: Served at 8–10°C
Food Pairing: Excellent with fish-based dishes, soups, Grana Padano cheese, and more elaborate recipes.
