Terroir: The soil at the base of the canal is red, clayey-calcareous, rich in skeleton and, not far from the vineyards, the calcareous rock emerges; while the roots of plants creep into the karstic cracks
Vinification: Grapes are gently pressed and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
Ageing: The wine remains on fine lees until February following the first racking, with regular bâtonnage to enhance texture and volume.
Tasting notes: Colour: straw yellow. Nose: fine, delicate, fruity smell, typical of citrus fruits, floral. Flavour: fresh and harmonic with a characteristic herbaceous and fruity back taste.
