Description: Roger Extra Strong Bitter Amaro. Born from the inspiration of its creator, Ivano Trombino, in full respect of the nature’s cyclical time. It’s the result of a careful selection of citrus fruits and bitter botanicals, cultivated and selected by our Vecchio Magazzino Doganale Rural Farm, in Calabria. A unique and counter current product, sometimes edgy, so much so that the words “Keep under the counter” appear on the label. It’s a Bitter… It’s an Amaro… Its natural colouring and strong character make it ideal, eaten smooth as after meal, for lovers of true bitter taste. Wonderful in mixing.

Tasting notes: Roger Bitter Amaro Extra Strong is a bold and unfiltered Calabrian amaro with a rich, complex aroma featuring pronounced citrus notes of lemon and bitter orange, complemented by floral and subtle herbal hints. On the palate, it delivers a robust, persistent bitterness driven by high gentian content, balanced by bright citrus and a touch of spice, creating a harmonious yet assertive flavour. The finish is long and clean, with lingering bitterness, making it ideal for sipping neat or using in cocktails. Its slightly cloudy appearance reflects its natural, handcrafted production.
