Vinification: Maceration in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 23°C for 25 days.

Ageingin Slavonian durmast casks of 20 hl for at least 9 months, in bottles for a period of at least 4 months.

Tasting notes: Colour: intense ruby red. Nose: complex, with hints of strawberry, cherry jam, lightly spicy with floral and mineral notes. Flavour: balanced, intense, with dense and elegant tannins. A long savoury, minerally finish.

Temperature of service:  Served at 16-18°C

Food Pairing: Complements white meats, semi-aged cheeses, and pasta dishes

Terroir: Soil medium texture with limestone clay and sand. Vineyard exposure West, South-West. Altitude 250m asl. Vines are 17 to 20 years old and are planted at a density of 4,000 to 4,500 plants per hectare, yielding approximately 65 quintals per hectare, or around 1.4 kilograms per plant.
