Prime Uve Nere

Description: Prime Uve is distilled from the finest whole grape berries ripened in the sun, that shape its uniqueness. After the harvest, the grapes undergo a careful and controlled fermentation, then are distilled under vacuum at low temperature in antique copper pot stills, to retain in the distillate all their aromatic nuances.

Aging: Prime Uve Nere spends at least 24 months in barrique, to enhance its natural smoothness and complexity.

Grape varieties: mix of red grapes.

Tasting notes: on the nose, a warm blend of spice unfolds, layered with delicate notes of vanilla and ripe wild berries. The palate is rich and velvety, offering a smooth yet intense depth that lingers gracefully.
