Prime Uve Bianche

Description: Prime Uve is distilled from the finest whole grape berries ripened in the sun, that shape its uniqueness. After the harvest, the grapes undergo a careful and controlled fermentation, then are distilled under vacuum at low temperature in antique copper pot stills, to retain in the distillate all their aromatic nuances.

Grape varieties: mix of white grapes.

Tasting notes: The nose reveals an exquisite bouquet of fresh fruit and delicate floral notes. On the palate, it is elegant and aromatic, with a rich tapestry of subtle nuances. Best enjoyed slightly chilled to enhance its refined character.
