Vinification: The wine undergoes fermentation in red, with maceration on the skins for 20 days.

Ageing: 12 months in French and American oak tonneaux

Tasting notes: Deep ruby red with slightly garnet reflections. On the nose, it reveals notes of red fruit jam, coconut, bourbon vanilla, caramel, and liquorice, accompanied by a hint of raisins. The palate is rightly tannic, voluminous, full, round, and balanced, with a long and persistent finish.

Temperature of service:  served at 16-18°C

Food Pairing: Excellent with grilled meats, roasts, game, and pasta dishes with meat sauce.
