Abbasc Primitivo di Manduria DOC 2022

Vinification: The grapes are de-stemmed and gently pressed, conditioned and conveyed to temperature controlled stainless steels vats, where the fermentation takes place. 

Ageing: The wine is aged in stainless steel vats and bottle before to be released into the market.

Tasting notes: Colour: intense red. On the nose: it is complex and with a well-pronounced bouquet. The bouquet opens with sweet hints, wrapped in the     characteristic smells of fruit, plum and cherry jam.

Temperature of service:  Served at 18-20°C

Food Pairing: Ideal with meat ragù, roast meats, game, and aged cheeses
