Tai Rosso, an exquisite Italian red wine, is a hidden gem from the Veneto region. A distant cousin of Grenache (or Cannonau in Italy), this vibrant and refreshing wine boasts bright fruit flavours wild strawberries, balanced with a smooth texture and moderate acidity. Tai Rosso is versatile enough to be served slightly chilled.
Vinification: After an initial selection during the harvest, the grapes undergo a second, more meticulous selection in the winery. They are then destemmed and crushed, followed by maceration on the skins for approximately 10 days, with daily pump-overs and cap punching. The process continues with racking, pressing, and fermentation, followed by aging for 6 months in steel tanks.
