Vinification: Maceration on the skins with selected yeasts for about 8/10 days at controlled temperature. After the maceration fermentation continues in stainless steel vats.
Ageing: After fermentation, the product continues to refine in stainless steel vats. After the ageing period, the wine goes in bottles before to release.
Tasting notes: Intense ruby red clear colour with violet reflections. Bouquet of redberries. Smooth and elegant tannins, in a good structure and complexity.
Temperature of service: Served at 16-18°C
Food Pairing: Beef, venison, pasta dishes with rich sauces, grilled pork, mature cheese.
