Acanto Primitivo del Salento IGT Puglia 2021

Vinification: The grapes are de-stemmed and gently pressed, conditioned and conveyed to temperature controlled stainless steels vats, where the fermentation takes place.

Ageing: The wine is aged in stainless steel vats and bottle before to be released into the market.

Tasting notes: Colour: intense red with violet hues. On the nose:  it releases wide and fruity aromas reminiscent of red-berried fruits, plums, cherries and Morello cherries. On the palate: it is structured, intense but with an excellent balance, warm and           enveloping.

Temperature of service:  Served at 16-18°C
