Vinification: The bunches are selected in the fields by an optical sorter as soon as they arrive at the cellar. The wine spends 2 hours macerating with the skins.
Ageing: 3 months maturation on fine lees in stainless steel prior to release
Tasting notes: Light pink colour. Nose: hints of strawberry, red cherry and pink grapefruit. The palate is fresh and has a pleasant and long-lasting finish.
