Fiori di Campo Moscato D’Asti DOCG 2022

Vinification: Only the best clusters will undergo a short maceration, at about 20ºC. It is then put in the press, where the must will be made, and vatted in stainless steel tanks where it will ferment there for seven days, until the yeasts have finished their work. This wine now has 15 days of rest in the stainless-steel tank, where it will remain in contact with its lees and undergo bâtonnage.

Ageing: 1 month in the bottle.

Tasting notes: Colour is brilliant straw yellow. Intense but delicate on the nose, with pronounced scents of sage and peach. On the palate, its sweetness is counterbalanced by a lively acidity, forging a clean and delightful profile typical sweetness of this grape while maintaining the characteristic thirst-quenching freshness.

Temperature of service:  Served at 6-8°C
